Faith In Action
There are four basic categories in the Faith In Action Programs; these are:
- Faith
- Family
- Community
- Life
In each category there are numerous specific projects from which councils may choose to participate along with the specific requirements for each. All the specifics about these can be found at the link:

Our council traditionally participates in several of these projects; Ex: Coats-for-kids, Free-Throw Contest, Keep-Christ-in Christmas contest, Mass for Special Needs, etc. Each of those categories also has a project option called OTHER. This is used for those council projects, not otherwise, specifically identified. Ex: Baptismal Rose Project, Tank Pull, Msgr. Doody Scholarship Dinner, semi-annual Blood Drives, Polar Plunge for Special Olympics.
At the conclusion of each of these projects, the project leader, or his designate needs to fill out form 10784.
He only council projects not needing form 10784 are pure, undesignated fund-raising projects like the annual fish-fry, the semi-annual lottery, the annual super bowl pool etc.
Our Council does a lot of programs but we get NO CREDIT unless we fill out form 10784!!
Form 10784, is an online only form from Supreme Council. Unfortunately, while the form is relatively easy to fill out, finding it on the kofc.org web site is a bit tricky.
Below are specific step by step instructions:
Faith in Action Form 10784 instructions
1 – Go to kofc.org
2 – Click on the Resources menu
3 – Within the Resources menu click on “For Officers”
4 – From the “for Officers page click on “Forms”
5 – On the Forms page click on PROGRAMS
6 – On the Programs Screen there are 2 entries for form 10784. The first is the video of how to do it . The 2nd is the actual forms link.
7 – Click on the “On-line preferred method”
8- This will bring you to the on-line submission page where you need to enter your membership no. and email address.
9- You will be sent an email with the link to the on-line submission form.
